In a way, you, dear fundraiser, are the ultimate cupid. You connect donors with the causes they love. You inspire passion and make people happy.
Whether it be the speed dating of direct mail or the high-touch of a personal matchmaker, you are inviting donors to fall in love with your great cause. And you work hard to woo them, delight them, and engage them so that they see the difference they make.
There’s no forcing love, so you do indeed get rejected, but you get up and try again and again. Your resilience is awesome!
So, we think that it is highly appropriate on Valentines Day that you get the love and attention you deserve.
